Restore... Before you Replace
Many carpet and flooring problems look worse than they really are. Wrinkles, loose seams, pet damage, stains, worn finishes, and even certain damaged areas can often be professionally repaired or restored without replacing the entire floor.
Restoration can save you significant money while extending the life of materials you already own. It also means less disruption, less waste, and no need to pay for new flooring when the existing floor still has plenty of life left.
With more than 30 years of experience, Bobby can evaluate the condition of your carpet or flooring and explain what can realistically be saved. If restoration is a worthwhile option, he’ll recommend it - and if replacement makes more sense, he’ll tell you that honestly.
Before you spend thousands replacing your floor, let Bobby see if he can restore it.

Meet Bobby
Restore Your Floor was built around a simple idea: many floors that appear worn out are not actually beyond saving. After more than 30 years of installing carpet, Bobby had seen homeowners spend thousands replacing materials that could sometimes have been stretched, repaired, cleaned, or restored. He created Restore Your Floor to give customers a more practical and honest place to start.
Bobby brings together experience from both sides of the flooring industry. As a CFI Certified Flooring Installer with IICRC certifications in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, odor control, and water restoration, he understands more than the appearance of a finished floor - he understands how it was installed, what may be causing the problem, and what it could take to correct it. That knowledge supports solutions ranging from precise carpet repairs and deep cleaning to hard-floor restoration, subfloor rebuilding, and new installation.
Today, Bobby works directly with homeowners, property owners, landlords, and businesses throughout Metro Detroit and Downriver. Every project starts by considering what can reasonably be repaired or restored before deciding that complete replacement is necessary. Whether he is removing carpet wrinkles, uncovering hidden hardwood, reviving worn VCT, or rebuilding a water-damaged floor, the objective remains the same: do the work properly and help the customer get the greatest possible value from the floor.
